Hockey fans should be able to do what they want, after all they're ones that pay ungodly amounts of money to attend games. However, throwing jerseys on the ice never make any sense.

It makes even less sense when a Tampa Bay Lightning jersey is thrown on the ice, but that's exactly what happened yesterday when they took on the Calgary Flames yesterday afternoon, take a look:

The Flames took the win by a score of 6-3 yesterday and Lightning fans didn't take it well. After all, they've only just come off of three straight trips to the Stanley Cup Finals, winning the cup twice.

After fans are used to the Lightning doing well, but a record of 29-15-1 just isn't good enough for most fans it seems.

In all seriousness, throwing jerseys on the ice is bush league as it is, but as a Tampa Bay Lightning fan, it just makes no sense.

Imagine if they were fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Buffalo Sabres or Vancouver Canucks, Lightning fans wouldn't last a day.
