Things get a little heated at Team Canada practice
Team Canada is 2-0 at the World Juniors Championships, and things have gone their way so far. But that didn't stop Mason McTavish and Kent Johnson getting a little bit heated at today's practice.
After a faceoff drill McTavish slides his stick under Johnson's leg and hooks it out from under him. Johnson gets up angrily and approaches McTavish, but as a coach intervenes it appears that cooler heads prevailed.
Johnson's decision to not make anymore out of this was probably a good decision, because anyone who has watched McTavish play knows just how violent he can get. Canada's next game is tomorrow against Finland.
