One of those is the Carolina Hurricanes, and one insider believes a massive trade could come before game 1 gets underway.
Necas is a restricted free agent, and will almost certainly be getting a raise from the $3 million a year he's been making for the last three. However, Carolina seems intent on signing free agents Jake Guentzel and Seth Jarvis, which will leave little to no room for Necas's salary.
