During the Stanley Cup playoffs teams try to win by any means necessary. This can include turning up the physicality and increasing the mental warfare games which is what Edmonton Oilers defenceman Evan Bouchard was doing during Game 6 against the Vancouver Canucks.

Edmonton took over the game in the second period after back to back goals by Zach Hyman and Bouchard to take a 3-1 lead. Vancouver winger Conor Garland was attempting to get momentum back for his team but got over overzealous which lead to him to take a two minute penalty for roughing.

As Garland went to the box he was voicing his frustration. Bouchard responded by gesturing that Garland was short. The Massachusetts native, Garland is generously listed at 5'10 on Hockey Db. When comparing Garland to other players listed at this size there is just no way.

The 24 year old, Bouchard has been outstanding for the Oilers this season playing in all 82 game, scoring 18 goals and 82 points. As he has became more comfortable in the league his chirping game has gotten better as well.

Bouchard has carried his great play into the playoffs and came up with another huge performance in the must win Game 6, scoring a goal and two assists in Edmonton's 5-1 victory.

With the win, Edmonton has forced Game 7 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Monday night.
