When you think of players like Alex DeBrincat, the last thing you think of is their ability to drop the gloves during an a game. Their job is to score goals, not to throw punches, but there's a first time for everything.
Tonight the Nashville Predators are taking on the Detroit Red Wings and Alex DeBrincat and Predators star defender Roman Josi dropped the gloves; take a look.
Alex DeBrincat drops the gloves & takes down Roman Josi. I'm not kidding. #LGRW
The two stars appear to be talking during a stoppage in play before DeBrincat decided to drop the gloves, Josi obliged and off they went.
The fight didn't last too long, but DeBrincat landed most of the ounces before taking Josi down to the ice.
The players on the bench must've loved a fight like that, any time two stars fight it's exciting, but showing they can handle themselves in a scrap, even though you don't want them to do it often gives your team energy.
