A brutal incident in a children's hockey game that saw one player deliver a two-handed chop to the head of his opponent, breaking his stick in the process.

You don't see things like this too often when watching 12 year olds play hockey. An incident in Russia saw one pre-teen make a two-handed chop over the head of his opponent, breaking his stick in the process.

After breaking his stick in half, things progressed from there. The victim picked up the stick blade and threw it at the would-be lumberjack. That brought about a tussle, with the lumberjack grabbing the other kid's helmet and then throwing it over the glass. The officials don't appear to be doing much to try and stop them.

"RUSSIAN LUMBERJACK 🪓

➡️ Player two-hand chops his opponent over the head and breaks his stick.

➡️ Kid retaliates and throws the broken stick at him.

➡️ Tries to fight him. Gets his helmet off and chucks it over the glass.

THEY ARE 12 YEARS OLD."

It's not clear what led to the incident or what, if any punishments were handed out. How the kid who took the stick over the head was still standing afterwards is amazing. That was a hard and deliberate chop.
