Alex DeBrincat shaken up by a big hit from Trent Frederic
The Boston Bruins and Ottawa Senators are currently engaged in a shootout in Canada's Capital. The Senators are currently leading the Bruins 6-5 after two periods. But a moment in the 1st period had Senators fans holding their breath.
As Alex DeBrincat skates through the neutral zone, he looks back towards the puck. But before the puck arrives Trent Frederic delivers a huge hit sending DeBrincat crashing hard into the boards.
Frederic was given 2 minutes for boarding on the play and DeBrincat after speaking to medical staff would remain in the game.
