Claude Giroux makes his decision on where he will play next season
Claude Giroux spent his entire career as a member of the Philadelphia Flyers. But at the trade deadline he opted to leave the only team he's ever known for an opportunity at the Stanley Cup. He was traded to the Florida Panthers and unfortunately he came up short of his goal, losing in the 2nd round.
Rumours have linked Giroux to multiple teams this summer but according to Bob Mackenzie, the Ottawa Senators have won the Claude Giroux sweepstakes.
Pierre Dorion has had an incredible off-season already. He acquired Alex DeBrincat, traded Matt Murray and added Cam Talbot. Adding Giroux will make the Senators a real threat for the post season next year.
