David Pastrnak not willing to sign with the Boston Bruins right now
The Boston Bruins have had an interesting off-season to say the least, between letting Bruce Cassidy go to start, things haven't gone the way you would've hoped if you're a Bruins fan. Perhaps the most worrying thing about this off-season however, is the fact that negotiations with star forward David Pastrnak haven't gone the way most were expecting.
Now, according to Joe Haggerty of Boston Hockey now, there might be another bump in the road for Boston and Pastrnak.
Pastrnak, 26, had a great year last year skating in 72 games for the Bruins, notching 40 goals and 37 assists for 77 points.
With the season right around the corner now, there's reason for apprehension around the organization, especially considering the precedent set by Johnny Gaudreau and John Tavares on the free agent market.
I hope for the Bruins sake, they can lock Pastrnak down, if they can't- well let's not go there just yet.
