Incredible gesture by the Florida Panthers for Jonathan Toews

Last night was a very special night for Chicago Blackhawks' captain, Johnathan Toews. Toews missed all of last season with a serious health issue, and it was to the point he was unsure if he'd ever play again. That's what made Toews return to the Blackhawks lineup so special.
Last night the Blackhawks' captain played in his 1,000th NHL game for the Blackhawks and was treated to a tremendous ovation by the Florida Panthers fans attendance.
Toews, the 2006 3rd overall pick by the Chicago Blackhawks has done it all in. Toews has won 3 Stanley Cups with Chicago and has represented Canada on numerous occasions leading them to gold medals.
The 33-year-old Toews has scored 355 goals and 489 assists in his career with the Blackhawks.
