The Minnesota Wild have been the hottest team in the National Hockey League as of late. In their last nine games the Wild are 8-0-1. Their main trade deadline acquisition has been one of the reasons why they have been so successful.
Since joining the Wild, Marc-Andre Fleury has posted a 1.33 GAA and 0.958 save percentage. Impressive numbers that are highlighted by the fact that no starting goaltender in franchise history for the Minnesota Wild has ever won their first 3 starts.
Fleury's play has even upped Cam Talbot's play as the goaltender is 4-0-1 since Fleury's arrival. The Minnesota Wild are catching fire at the right time and will be a tough matchup in the playoffs for any team.
