Montreal Canadiens unveil new jersey ad and it's the worst yet
Every single day more and more NHL teams are unveiling their new jersey ads. With most fans feeling resentment towards the ads, it's unlikely the fans will feel any better after seeing the Montreal Canadiens jersey ads. An hour before announcing Nick Suzuki as the new Captain, the Canadiens tried to slide through their new jersey.
While the Edmonton Oilers recently decided no money was worth adding a jersey ad, the Canadiens instead signed a multi-year deal with the Royal Bank to advertise on the Canadiens jersey. This has taken the Original Six jersey and absolutely ruined it.
Unlike other advertisments, the logo is bigger than the "C" on Suzuki's jersey and it stands out an incredible amount. Fans quickly reacted to the new ad and it wasn't positive.
So how do you feel about the jersey ads?
