News anchor in Calgary takes a hilariously savage shot at Johnny Gaudreau on air
When Johnny Gaudreau decided he wanted to leave Calgary, there was always going to be some hurt feelings. Fans were likely always going to feel scorned and that's exactly what has happened. While most of those upset fans take to social media, one newscaster decided to use his television platform to take a parting shot at Gaudreau.
Andrew Brown, a broadcaster for the CBC, took to Twitter to share his comment which has since been shared widely.
And that's the news for now. I'll be back here at 11, unless a news station in Columbus offers me way less money. Then I'll probably go do that.
Gaudreau is reported to have turned down an $84,000,000 offer from the Flames, and it's clear Flames fans are taking it well.
