The Pittsburgh Penguins received some great news ahead of the 2022-23 NHL season. Penguins forward Jason Zucker appears to be 100% healthy heading into Pittsburgh's training camp this fall.
Zucker managed to play in just 46 games last season with the Penguins due to Injures including having core muscle surgery back in January. The surgery caused him to miss three months of action.
Zucker would make it back for the playoffs but you could tell he wasn't 100%. Zucker only notched two assists in five games versus the New York Rangers.
With the aging core of the Penguins they will definitely need a healthy Zucker next season to be competitive.
