Sam Lafferty puts Farabee in a headlock and punches him in the face after being cross-checked
Late in last night's game a play occured between Sam Lafferty and Joel Farabee. With the score 3-1, the Blackhawks missed an empty net in an attempt to ice the game. As Lafferty attempted to retrieve the puck, Fabaree caught him with a cross-check that sent Lafferty into the boards hard.
As Lafferty was falling Farabee caught an edge and fell over top of him. Lafferty wasted no time grabbing hold of Farabee with a headlock and feeding him a couple shots to the face. Luckily for Farabee, Kevin Hayes was able to separate the two before too much damage was done.
Lafferty received 2-minutes for roughing, while Farabee received 2-minutes for cross-checking.
