Trevor Lewis with an illegal check to the head against the Arizona Coyotes
Trevor Lewis has been on the receiving end of an illegal check to the head this year from Tyler Myers, but that didn't stop him from delivering a questionable hit of his own. During last night's game against the Coyotes, Lewis caught Cam Dineen high with this hit to the head.
Trevor Lewis was issued a 2-minute minor on the play, while Dineen was forced out of the game with a head injury, but returned for the 2nd period after he passed concussion protocol.
As of this writing the NHL has not reached out to Trevor Lewis for a hearing on this hit.
