Alex Stalock makes the save of the season robbing Johnny Gaudreau
And Saturday afternoon matinee action the Columbus Blue Jackets face off against the Chicago Blackhawks. The two lottery teams are both likely to miss the playoffs and are both hoping for a chance at drafting Connor Bedard.
In the 1st period of the game, a pass comes across to Johnny Gaudreau. Gaudreau picks up the puck and fires it on a wide open net. As the very last possible second Alex Stalock makes a desperation move and manages to get his stick on the puck, robbing Gaudreau.
After two periods the Blackhawks trail 3-1.
