Brad Marchand calls Tony DeAngelo a ''f***ing racist''
The series between the Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins has begun to seriously heat up. We've seen at least a couple of occasions where Brad Marchand and Tony DeAngelo have been tangled up without anything escalating from there. Today though the intensity appears to have found another level.
After the whistle was blown a scrum breaks out to conclude the 1st period, with Marchand naturally in the middle of everything. That's when DeAngelo points towards his now and makes a comment about Marchand. This is a typical approach for many when trying to insult Marchand and at this point likely has zero impact at all.
Being the natural trash talker that he is, Marchand quickly responded with:
You're so racist. Fucking racist.
This comment clearly alludes to DeAngelo's OHL Suspension for using racial slurs as well as his political affiliations. The Bruins currently trail the game 2-1 in the 2nd period.
