Breaking News - Montreal Canadiens reportedly in the process of trading Shea Weber
Shea Weber missed the entire season due to injury. The Canadiens' captain is expected to never play another NHL game due to chronic injury. At the trade deadline the Canadiens nearly traded Weber to the Arizona Coyotes, but the deal fell through.
According to Darren Dreger of TSN, it appears the Canadiens may be close to trading Weber again.
NHL sources say something is going down in Montreal. Trade. The Canadiens have been open to moved Petry and have said they would re-examine moving Shea Weber's contract. I believe, it's the latter. Trade call?
