This Florida Panthers fan should buy a lottery ticket after he somehow predicted the trade with the Calgary Flames, days before it actually happened. This Panthers fan took to his YouTube channel and spoke about the possibility of acquiring Matthew Tkachuk from the Calgary Flames.
In the video he makes a prediction I'd what the deal may look like and he nailed all the correct players in the deal. He mentions Jonathan Huberdeau, Mackenzie Weegar, the prospect Cole Schwindt and a first round pick. All though Johnathan Huberdeau was a very popular player in Florida this fan would reveal: "he would much rather have 8 more years of Matthew Tkachuk than 8 more years of Huberdeau because of the age difference alone."
So far this trade has received mixed reactions from both sides while some say the Florida Panthers got fleeced by the Flames. Others feel the Flames made a bad trade because of Tkachuk signing long-term and both Johnathan Huberdeau and Mackenzie Weegar being pending unrestricted free agents next summer.
