John Gibson's agent crushed the heart of Toronto Maple Leafs' fans
Multiple rumours have linked the Toronto Maple Leafs to Anaheim Duck's goalie, John Gibson. Apparently the Leafs have a large amount of interest in Gibson who has struggled for the last 3-years. There were rumours that Gibson wanted a fresh start, but it turns out that interest is far from mutual.
NHL Insider, Nick Kypreos shared the following information from a conversation with Gibson's agent:

This will leave the Maple Leafs with one fewer option on the goalie market and will definitely hurt the feelings of those who believe every player wants to play in Toronto. With rumoured conversations with Ottawa continuing it appears Toronto may be nearing a deal for Matt Murray.
