When the 1st overall pick starts his NHL career, it's always a question of when they will get their 1st NHL Career goal. For Montreal's forward Juraj Slafkovsky, it only took him 5 games to get his 1st.
During last night's game against the Arizona Coyotes, Slafkovsky absorbs a high hit from Josh Brown. Slafkovsky then gets hold of the puck and scores for his first career goal. After the goal Slafkovsky turns and taunts Josh Brown.
News broke earlier this week that the Canadiens were considering sending Slafkovsky to the minors for a stint in the AHL. But maybe if the young star finds his confidence he can avoid the trip to Laval.
