Nazem Kadri's injury worse than being acknowledged as he's spotted leaving Rogers Place wearing a cast
Colorado Avalanche forward, Nazem Kadri was hit into the boards on a dangerous play by Evander Kane. The incident happened less than two minutes into the game. Kadri left the game and didn't return. Kane was assessed a five-minute penalty for boarding on the play.
Avs Head Coach Jared Bednar said following Game 3 that Kadri will miss at least the remainder of the Western Conference Final. But that seems like the Avalanche are under selling the severity of his injury.
Reports are coming out that Kadri left Rogers Place with a cast on his right arm.
With this news, Kadri could potentially miss some games in the final if the Avalanche make it. This would be a huge blow for Colorado. Kadri has been a major cog in the Avs machine this playoffs. This would be devastating news for Kadri on a personal level as well. This could potentially be his first trip to the finals. He is currently playing the best hockey of his career. He has 6 goals and 14 points in 13 games in this years' playoffs.
After everything Kadri has been through. This would be a cruel way for his season to end. Game 4 is on Monday night.
