Rasmus Dahlin snaps after Sabres come crashing back down to earth
Buffalo Sabres star defenseman Rasmus Dahlin took some frustration out on his hickey stick last night. Dahlin repeatedly smashed his stick at the Buffalo bench during last night's 4-1 loss to the Ottawa Senators.
Dahlin is off to a pretty good start to the season personally. He has nineteen points in sixteen games and he's a plus eight. The Sabres as a team are really struggling right now. After last nights loss to Ottawa, it is their seventh consecutive loss. No wonder Dahlin is showing his frustration. On the plus side, at least it bothers Dahlin that the Sabres are playing poorly. Dahlin is one of Buffalo's key young players that is learning what it takes to be a compete on a nightly basis.
It looks like it's going to be another long losing season for the Sabres. They started the season playing fairly well. They won seven of their first ten games. However this has been a typical trend of the Sabres. They starts the first month of the season well and fall apart after the first month or so .
Buffalo does have some good players on their roster, but, they're young and inexperienced. Buffalo's scoring as a team is quite actually good, the problem is they can't keep the puck out of their own net. Let's hope that this team can regroup and find a way to put some wins together.
