The NHL Draft Lottery Winner Announced

Today is a special day for the next the crop of future NHL Stars. Teams and players alike are getting ready for the upcoming NHL draft. But before we get there we have to find out who gets the 1st overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.
All 16 teams not in the playoffs are all entered to win the draft lottery and will have an opportunity to move up or secure their draft position.
The top prize in this year's draft is Shane Wright from the Kingston Frontenacs.
1st Overall - Montreal Canadiens
2nd Overall - New Jersey Devils
3rd Overall - Arizona Coyotes
4th Overall - Seattle Kraken
5th Overall - Philadelphia Flyers
6th Overall - Columbus Blue Jackets (Chicago)
This marks the second time in two years that the team with the top odds will select 1st overall.
