After having one goal already called back for the Edmonton Oilers in the first period, they then had another called back in the second. But this one was a little more cut and dry.
Connor McDavid used his speed and drove the net hard. After going around the defender McDavid tried to deke Jacob Markstrom but the goalie managed to knock the puck away. McDavid drove through the crease and took Markstrom with him while Leon Draisitl knocked the loose puck in.
This no-goal call was more obvious then the first but probably hurt Oilers fans more than it should after being denied one earlier. It didn't matter as McDavid was on a mission and scored seconds later.
