Things get heated at the end of a summer league game in Israel
With the NHL on hiatus until the fall, there isn't much on ice material floating around. But that hasn't stopped this Israeli Summer League game from grabbing some attention. After the final whistle, as the team in blue looks to celebrate, one of their players takes a shot at the opposing player.
Rather than just letting things go, he charges down the ice and jumps into the pile. In the process he knocks a referee to the ground.
One thing you can tell by the video is that the player in grey isn't the most popular on his team. It's always pretty clear how much someone like a teammate by how many players come to his defense. In the scrum even one of his own players appears to get agitated with him.
