Claude Giroux And His Wife Ryanne Are Victims Of A Crime For The Second Time This Season
For the second time this season, the Girouxs have been a victim of a crime. Claude Giroux's wife Ryanne shared the details with an online post.
Ottawa Senators forward Claude Giroux has been a rock on the ice since arriving in town three seasons ago. Off the ice, though, there's been one problem that's consistently driven him and his wife, Ryanne, around the bend.
Claude Giroux and his wife have their car stolen again
In a post on the social media platform X Thursday morning, Ryanne said the couple's loaner car was stolen, their second in four months.
The couple had a car stolen from their Kanata driveway in September and were unable to report it to Ottawa Police without calling the emergency line.
The recent break-in came with Giroux set to finish a three-game road trip with the Senators in Boston. Ryanne later provided updates on the kind tributes the couple received afterward, including the stolen vehicle that was reported after dialing 911.
It won't be a hassle to replace the car, anyway. A Hyundai Canada commercial featuring Giroux and Ryanne just recently aired during NHL games, after all, with Ryanne driving while Claude and youngest son Gavin were sleeping at the back.
Needless to say, this sad experience doesn't dampen their sense of humor and resiliency.
