Blackhawks assault victim finds new job after end of hockey career
Kyle Beach made headlines everywhere after revealing himself to be the player suing the Chicago Blackhawks for sexual assault.
Beach and the Blackhawks reached a confidential settlement later on in the year, yet the Blackhawks cannot remove the black mark and many hockey fans disgust from their brand. Brad Aldrich, who was an assistant coach in 2010, still walks from justice to this day.
Beach has good news to report after last year's disaster, dealing with Rocky Wirtz and the Blackhawks.
Beach will be a part of the coaching staff for the Trinity Western University men's hockey club.
After Beach's horror story with the Blackhawks, it is certain that Beach will be a significant and positive influence for whatever position he is in the sport.
The one time Blackhawk «black ace» had a career spanning over a decade and included the AHL, German Oberliga, ECHL, Austria, and Sweden.
He will be joining former teammate Ben Walter as part of the Trinity Wester coaching staff, the two have history playing together in EC Salzburg winning 2 EBEL championships in 2014-2015.
Kyle Beach ended his professional career in America with 208 games played, 43 goals and 40 assists.
