Multiple Teams Interested In Chicago's Max Domi including one of his dad's former teams
The NHL trade deadline is March the third. This means teams need to determine what direction their headed in and try to do what's best for their organizations. One name you will likely continue to hear a lot is Max Domi. Recall that Max signed a one year deal with Chicago for three million dollars this year and he is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year. Look for Chicago to try and get something in return for Domi.
David Pagnotta reports that the Rangers, Maple Leafs, Stars, and Devils, are all teams that have interest in Domi. In thirty-seven games this season, Domi has eleven goals and fourteen assists for the Blackhawks so far. Domi would be a good depth forward who can contribute offensively.
Remember last year, Domi was dealt at the trade deadline to the Carolina Hurricanes. Although he didn't find the back of the net as much as he would have like to, he did score two goals in a game seven victory over the Boston Bruins. Domi might not command as high of a return like his fellow teammates Jonathan Toews or Patrick Kane. As the deadline gets close look for Domi's name to be mentioned in multiple rumors.
