Traverse City Rosters and schedules have been released
It's that time of the year, where the prospect tournament in Traverse City will be taking place.
Teams such as the Columbus Blue Jackets, St. Louis Blues, Dallas Stars, and Toronto Maple Leafs will be taking part in the Traverse City Prospect Tournament this year.
The Columbus Blue Jackets had another successful draft and the prospect pool continues to deepen. The Blue Jackets prospects went 3-0 against all the other NHL prospects in Traverse City.
The prospects who will be participating in the tournament this year, will be:
The Maple Leafs will also be taking part in the Prospect Tournament, as they had signed on in 2019 and this will be their third consecutive year participating.
The Prospect Roster will be released closer to the start date, so a little over a week away.
The Detroit Red Wings will also participate with a roster made up of 14 draft picks, while competing in the tournament with 24 players rostered.
The Wings prospects will also compete against the Toronto Maple Leafs, Columbus Blue Jackets, St. Louis Blues and Dallas Stars. Each team will play a total of three or four games.
Notables include Elmer Soderblom, Simon Edvinsson, Sebastian Cossa, Cross Hanas and Albert Johansson. Many noted have had successful runs in the IIHF, with their junior teams and Hanas in the WHL at a point-per-game pace.
The St. Louis Blues and Jake Neighbors will lead the current Blues prospects into the Traverse City tournament.
