Michigan Alert - Carolina Hurricanes prospect scores a beautiful goal
Players all around the NHL are looking for unique ways to score goals. In the past 12 months we've seen more Michigan style goals than ever before. Today Carolina Hurricanes prospect Alexander Pashin joined the Michigan Club.
During the rookie camp game between the Hurricanes and Lightnings, Pashin was able to setup uncontested behind the net. Pashin easily scooped up the puck and was able to bury it over the shoulder of the Lightning goalie.
The Hurricanes drafted Pashin 199th overall in the 2020 NHL Draft. This is the first year that Pashin has made the trip to North America. Over the last three years he's played limited minutes professionally in Europe.
