The Legend of Louis Dominigue is growing. With the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers doing battle in game 5 the Rangers are hoping to stay alive while the Penguins are looking to try and close it out.
So far the teams have exchanged leads with the Penguins striking first, until the Rangers battled back and took a early 4-3 lead in the 3rd period. The Rangers would get a huge opportunity to go up 5-3 when Jake Guentzel and Evgeni Malkin would crash into each other causing a 4 on 1.
Luckily for the Penguins Chris Kreider would make an extremely selfish decision, and Dominigue would come up huge with a glove save.
