Last night the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers faced off in a rather heated game to determine their first round opponents, there were surprisingly no fights, but the teams would come together after every whistle which made the atmosphere feel a little more like playoff hockey. When you think of a player like Matthew Tkachuk, you think of someone who is generally not afraid to get his hands dirty and is usually the focal point when things get a little chippy for the Panthers, not as someone who's a scaredy cat (pun intended). This might make you change your mind.

In a scrum at the side of the net last night, Maple Leafs forward Tyler Bertuzzi, who was famous for being a Thorne in Florida's side during the first round of the playoffs last year, was at it again. Only this time, he made Matthew Tkachuk jump out of his skates; take a look.

The scrum happened near the end of the first period and Bertuzzi appears to go at Tkachuk rather aggressively, Tkachuk flinches, backs away and in true fashion waits for the officials to come to his rescue.

For someone who's tough', I don't think I've ever seen anything like that. They may not play each other in the first round after Florida's win last night, but should both teams make it out of round 1, round 2 will be most see t.v, if the cards should fall that way.
